- You keep current plan features until then
- No refund for unused time
- New rate applies at next billing date

- Scale access until Jan 14
- Pro access starts Jan 15
- Charged $20 on Jan 15

|---|---|
| Scale → Pro | B2B intelligence, agency dashboard, SSO/SAML, stealth mode, advanced audit |
| Pro → Free | Session replay, heatmaps, export, goals, revenue attribution, error tracking |
| Scale → Free | All paid features |
Data Retention
Your data retention may be affected:
| Downgrade | Retention Change | Data Impact |
|---|---|---|
| Scale → Pro | 4 years → 2 years | Data > 2 years deleted |
| Pro → Free | 2 years → 1 year | Data > 1 year deleted |
| Scale → Free | 4 years → 1 year | Data > 1 year deleted |
Data deletion happens after downgrade takes effect. Export important data first!
