A storage-retention period and a report-viewing window are different limits. Retaining data for one or two years does not mean every retained report is accessible on that tier. The table shows base configuration; Enterprise retention follows the agreed contract.
Minimum volume and pricing defaults
Free includes 10,000 events per month, with a 350-event daily cap. Pro and Scale both have a 10,000-event minimum selection. The public pricing slider initially selects 50,000 events for both paid plans; that default is not a minimum purchase requirement. At the 10,000 and 50,000 selections, monthly reference prices are $20 for Pro and $90 for Scale. The current public selector reaches 10M for Pro and 20M for Scale; use Enterprise for larger or custom volumes.
Monthly and annual billing are separate selections. Annual billing displays the total annual charge, with a 20% reduction against twelve monthly payments. Review the actual currency, event volume and total shown before paying.
