Choose a plan for the features and team capacity you need, then choose an event volume. For the complete limits table, read Plan limits.
Choose by task
Free: Evaluate core analytics with one website and two team members. It includes a 14-day revenue view; goals, funnels (the Journeys tab) and session replay are not included.
Pro: Choose this when you need session replay, heatmaps, goals and funnels (25 goals and 5 funnels), REST API access or data export, with up to five websites and five team members.
Scale: Choose this for Query Studio, the natural-language query API, SSO, white-label branding or agency management, with up to ten websites and twenty-five members. Warehouse export currently targets S3.
Enterprise: Discuss larger volumes, unlimited website/team capacity and custom retention or contractual requirements. Do not assume every contract has the same settings.
Minimum volume and pricing defaults
Free includes 10,000 events per month, with a 350-event daily cap. Pro and Scale both have a 10,000-event minimum selection. The public pricing slider initially selects 50,000 events for both paid plans; that default is not a minimum purchase requirement. At the 10,000 and 50,000 selections, monthly reference prices are $20 for Pro and $90 for Scale. The current public selector reaches 10M for Pro and 20M for Scale; use Enterprise for larger or custom volumes.
Monthly and annual billing are separate selections. Annual billing displays the total annual charge, with a 20% reduction against twelve monthly payments. Review the actual currency, event volume and total shown before paying.
Before you start or change a subscription
- Measure the monthly events you expect to collect, rather than equating events with visitors.
- Check the features, website count, member count and reporting windows you need.
- Select your event volume and monthly or annual billing on the pricing page.
- Review the checkout currency, total and subscription settings before confirming.
Open your dashboard to review Billing and usage, or compare the live pricing page. Changing a plan does not replace the tracking-script installation and first-event verification.
