Configure your organization's settings to customize Zenovay for your team's needs.

Accessing Organization Settings

  1. Go to Settings (gear icon)
  2. Click "Organization"
  3. View and edit settings

Default Settings

Timezone

Set default timezone for reports:

  1. Go to Organization Settings
  2. Find "Default Timezone"
  3. Select timezone
  4. Save

Currency

Set default currency:

Require MFA

Enterprise Plan

Enforce MFA for all members:

  1. Go to Security settings
  2. Enable "Require MFA"
  3. Set grace period
  4. Members must enable MFA

IP Restrictions

Enterprise Plan

Limit access by IP:

  1. Enable IP restrictions
  2. Add allowed IP ranges
  3. Block all other access
Allowed IPs:
• 192.168.1.0/24 (Office)
• 10.0.0.0/8 (VPN)

  1. Verify domain ownership
  2. Configure DNS records
  3. Enable custom domain

Branding

Logo Upload

Add your organization logo:

  1. Click "Upload Logo"
  2. Select image (PNG, SVG)
  3. Crop if needed
  4. Save

Requirements:

  • Max 2MB file size
  • Square ratio recommended
  • Minimum 100x100 pixels

Troubleshooting

Logo Not Displaying

If logo doesn't appear:
