Access your complete billing history to track expenses, download invoices, and manage your accounting records.

Viewing Invoice History

Access Your Invoices

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Billing History" or "Invoices"
  3. View list of all transactions

Invoice List

Each entry shows:

Downloading Invoices

Individual Invoice

  1. Find the invoice in your history
  2. Click "Download" or the PDF icon
  3. Invoice downloads to your device

Bulk Download

Scale Plan

For multiple invoices:

  1. Go to Billing History
  2. Select date range
  3. Click "Download All"
  4. Receive ZIP file with all invoices

Updating Invoice Information

Company Details

Update billing information on invoices:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Find "Billing Information"
  3. Update:
    • Company name
    • Address
    • Tax ID/VAT number
  4. Save changes

Changes apply to future invoices. Past invoices cannot be modified.

Tax Information

Add VAT/Tax ID for proper invoicing:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Tax Information
  2. Enter your VAT number or Tax ID
  3. Save
  4. Future invoices include this information

Payment Status

Status Types

Failed Payments

If payment failed:

  1. Check invoice for reason
  2. Update payment method
  3. Payment retries automatically
  4. Or manually retry from invoice

Receipt Emails

Automatic Receipts

Receipts are emailed automatically after:

  • Successful payments
  • Plan changes
  • Refunds

Email Contents

  • Invoice summary
  • PDF attachment
  • Quick link to billing portal

Managing Email Receipts

Change receipt settings:

  1. Go to Settings and check notification preferences
  2. Find "Billing Emails"
  3. Toggle on/off
  4. Add additional recipients

Exporting for Accounting

CSV Export

Pro Plan

Export transaction data:

  1. Go to Billing History
  2. Click "Export"
  3. Select date range
  4. Choose CSV format
  5. Download file

FAQ

How far back can I see invoices?

Full billing history from account creation.

Can I get a corrected invoice?

Contact support for invoice corrections.

Can I add a PO number?

Enterprise accounts can add PO numbers. Others should add to notes.

Why don't I see my invoice?

Free accounts don't generate invoices. Check you're viewing the right account.

Can someone else receive invoices?

Add additional recipients in notification settings.

Troubleshooting

Invoice Not Downloading

  • Try different browser
  • Disable popup blockers
  • Check download folder
  • Contact support

Wrong Amount Shown

  • Check for prorations
  • Review plan changes in period
  • Contact support to investigate
