Accessing Sessions

From Dashboard

  1. Log into Zenovay
  2. Click "Sessions" in navigation
  3. View list of recordings
  4. Click any session to play

Direct URL

Access sessions directly:

https://app.zenovay.com/sessions

Session List

List View

The session list shows:

Sorting Options

Sort sessions by:

  • Most recent (default)
  • Longest duration
  • Most pages
  • Most errors
  • Highest value score

Pagination

Navigate large lists:

  • 25, 50, or 100 per page
  • Next/previous buttons
  • Jump to specific page

Session Preview

Hover Preview

Hover over a session to see:

  • Animated thumbnail
  • Key statistics
  • Quick filters matching
  • First page URL

Session Details

Click the info icon to see:

  • Full visitor journey
  • All pages visited
  • Time per page
  • Events triggered

Opening a Session

Click to Play

Click any session row to:

  1. Open the player
  2. Start from beginning
  3. See full controls

Open in New Tab

Right-click for options:

  • Open in new tab
  • Copy session link
  • Add to collection

Overview Tab

When viewing a session:

Rage Click Detection

Rage clicks indicate frustration:

  • Multiple rapid clicks
  • Same area clicked repeatedly
  • Often indicates broken elements

Error Sessions

Sessions with errors show:

  • Error count badge
  • Jump to error option
  • Error details in player

Adding Notes

Annotate sessions:

  1. Open session
  2. Click "Add Note"

Select recording period:

Sharing Sessions

Create shareable link:

  1. Open session
  2. Click "Share"
  3. Set permissions
  4. Copy link
