Viewport

The main viewing area shows:

• Reconstructed page exactly as user saw it
• Mouse cursor following user movements
• Click indicators
• Scroll position

Playback Controls

Basic Controls

Skip Back	←	Back 5 seconds

Play Button

The play button toggles between:

• ▶️ Play (resume)
• ⏸️ Pause (stop)

Speed Control

Adjust playback speed:

0.5x	Detailed analysis
1x	Normal speed
2x	Quick overview
4x	Fast skim
8x	Very fast scan

Click the speed button to cycle, or use:

• S key: Slower
• F key: Faster

Timeline

Timeline Overview

The timeline shows:

• Total session duration
• Current position
• Event markers
• Page change indicators

Scrubbing

Navigate via timeline:

• Click anywhere to jump
• Drag playhead to scrub
• Hover to preview time

Event Markers

Icons on timeline indicate:

Zoom Timeline

For long sessions:

• Scroll wheel to zoom
• Drag to pan
• Double-click to reset

Event Navigation

Event List

Side panel shows all events:

Page View	URL and title
Click	Element clicked

Custom	Event name and data

Jump to Event

Click any event to:

• Jump to that moment
• Highlight the element
• Show event details

Event Filters

Filter event list:

• Page changes
• Clicks
• Errors
• All events

Skip Inactivity

Auto-Skip

Sessions often have idle time:

• Player can skip inactive periods
• "Skipping inactivity" indicator shows
• User activity resumes playback

Configure Skip

1. Click Settings icon
2. Find "Skip Inactivity"
3. Set threshold (e.g., 5 seconds)
4. Toggle on/off

Mouse & Click Visualization

Mouse Trail

See the mouse path:

• Line follows cursor
• Fades over time
• Color indicates speed

Click Indicators

Clicks are highlighted:

• Ripple animation
• Red for errors/dead clicks
• Green for successful
• Yellow for form elements

Click Heatmap Mode

1. Click heatmap icon
2. Colors show click density

Troubleshooting Playback

Session Won't Load

If playback fails:

• Check internet connection
• Refresh the page
• Try different browser
• Clear cache

Visual Glitches

If display looks wrong:

• Some dynamic content may differ
• Third-party widgets may not render
• Custom fonts may substitute

Missing Content

If content is blank:

• Check privacy settings
• May be masked for privacy
