Creating Additional Organizations
Step 1: Open Organization Switcher
- Click organization name (top left)
- Click "Create New Organization"
Step 2: Configure New Organization
Enter details:
- Organization name
- Organization slug (unique URL)
- Default timezone
- Currency
Step 3: Choose Plan
Each organization needs its own plan:
- Start with Free
- Upgrade as needed
- Billing is separate
Step 4: Complete Setup
- Add first website
- Invite members (if any)
- Configure settings

Role Independence
Roles are per-organization:
- Owner of Org A, Viewer in Org B
- Admin in Org A, no access to Org C

Transferring Data Between Organizations

Moving a Website
To move a website:
- Remove from source org
- Add same domain to destination org
- Re-verify ownership
- Historical data doesn't transfer
Deleting Organizations
Before Deleting
Consider:
- All data permanently deleted
- Members lose access
- Cannot be undone
- Export data first
How to Delete
Only owners can delete:
- Go to Settings → Team tab
- Click "Delete Organization"
- Enter organization name to confirm
- Confirm deletion
After Deletion
- Organization removed immediately
- Data deleted within 30 days
- Billing stops
- Members notified

Naming Convention
Use consistent naming:
[Company]: [Client]for agencies[Company] - [Department]for internal- Clear, searchable names
Member Management
- Grant minimum necessary access
- Review quarterly
- Remove when relationships end

Troubleshooting
Can't Create More Organizations
If limit reached:
- Upgrade to higher plan
- Delete unused organizations
- Contact sales for increase

Access Denied
If you can't access an organization:
- Verify membership
- Check role permissions
