The Live tab shows you what's happening on your website right now. Watch visitors arrive, see which pages they're viewing, and monitor activity in real-time.
Accessing Live View
- Log in to your Zenovay dashboard
- Select your website
- Click the Live tab
The Live view automatically refreshes every 3 seconds.
Live View Components
Current Visitors Counter
The large number showing active visitors:
- Updates every 3 seconds
- Shows visitors active in last 5 minutes
- Displays peak count for the day
Active Visitor List
Each active visitor shows:

Visitor Information
Each visitor card displays:
Location: Geographic location based on IP
- Country flag
- City name
- Time zone indicator
Current Page: What they're viewing
- Page path
- Page title
- Time on current page
Session Info:
- Total time on site
- Pages viewed this session
- Traffic source
Visitor Score Colors

Current Visitor Count
What "Current" Means
Visitors are counted as "current" if they had activity in the last 5 minutes:
- Page view
- Event
- Interaction
Why Counts Fluctuate
Count goes up when:
- New visitors arrive
- Returning visitors start new activity
Count goes down when:
- 5 minutes of inactivity
- Visitor leaves site

Common Scenarios
No Visitors Showing
If Live shows 0 visitors:
- Verify tracking code is installed
- Check tracking code is correct
- Visit your site to test
- Allow a few seconds for data
Visitor Count Seems Low
Reasons for lower than expected:
- Users may have ad blockers
- Some traffic may be bots (filtered)
- Check date range in Analytics tab
My Visit Not Appearing
Your own visits may not appear if:
- You're excluded by IP
- You're using an ad blocker
- You're on localhost (may be filtered)

Access Live view on mobile devices:

Integration with Globe
Live to Globe
From Live tab:
- Click "View on Globe" for any visitor
- Opens 3D Globe centered on their location
- Shows marker for that visitor

- Click any marker
- See visitor details
- Option to view in Live list
