Email verification confirms you own the email address associated with your Zenovay account. This is essential for account security and password recovery.

Why Verify Your Email?

Verification enables:

  • Password reset functionality
  • Security notifications
  • Team invitations
  • Important account alerts
  • Communication from Zenovay

Unverified accounts have limited functionality. Verify your email to access all features.

Verification Process

Check Your Inbox

After signing up, check the inbox for the email address you used.

Find the Verification Email

Look for an email from noreply@zenovay.com with subject "Verify your Zenovay account."

Click the Verification Link

Click the Verify Email button or link in the email.

Confirmation

You'll be redirected to Zenovay with a success message. Your email is now verified.

Resending Verification

If you didn't receive the email:

Log In to Zenovay

Go to app.zenovay.com and log in with your credentials.

Find the Banner

You'll see a banner prompting you to verify your email.

Click Resend

Click Resend Verification Email.

Check Your Inbox

A new verification email will be sent.

Rate Limiting

You can request a new verification email every 5 minutes to prevent spam.

Troubleshooting

Email Not Arriving

  1. Check spam/junk folder: Most common issue
  2. Wait a few minutes: Emails can be delayed
  3. Add to contacts: Add noreply@zenovay.com to prevent filtering
  4. Check email address: Ensure you used the correct address

Verification links expire after 24 hours. If expired:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Request a new verification email
  3. Use the new link within 24 hours

If the link doesn't work:

  1. Copy and paste the full URL into your browser
  2. Make sure the entire link is selected
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Clear browser cache and cookies

Wrong Email Address

If you signed up with the wrong email:

  1. Log in with your credentials
  2. Go to SettingsAccount
  3. Click Change Email
  4. Enter the correct email
  5. Verify the new address

Corporate Email Filters

If your company uses email filters:

  1. Contact IT to whitelist zenovay.com
  2. Check your quarantine folder
  3. Try using a personal email temporarily
  4. Use Gmail or other webmail for signup

Verification Status

Check your verification status:

  1. Log in to app.zenovay.com
  2. Go to SettingsAccount
  3. Look for the "Email" section
  4. Status shows "Verified" or "Unverified"

Changing Your Email

To change your email address:

Go to Account Settings

Navigate to SettingsAccount.

Click Change Email

In the email section, click Change.

Enter New Email

Type your new email address.

Verify Current Password

Enter your current password to confirm.

Verify New Email

A verification email is sent to your new address. Click the link to confirm.

Your old email remains active until you verify the new one.

Multiple Email Addresses

Currently, accounts support one email address. For multiple contacts:

  • Use a shared team inbox for team accounts
  • Add team members with their own accounts
  • Use email aliases if supported by your provider

Your email is the gateway to your account:

  • Enable 2FA on your email provider
  • Monitor for suspicious login attempts

Email-Based Recovery

A verified email enables:
