How to Acknowledge
Single insight:
- Click on insight to open
- Review the details
- Click "Acknowledge" button
- Optionally add a note
Bulk acknowledge:
- Select multiple insights (checkboxes)
- Click "Acknowledge Selected"
- All marked as acknowledged
Adding Notes
When acknowledging:
Action taken: Investigated traffic drop.
Cause: Marketing campaign ended.
Resolution: Expected behavior, no action needed.

When to Dismiss
Dismiss when insight is:
- Not relevant to your business
- Expected behavior
- False positive
