Acknowledging Insights

Why Acknowledge?

  • Clear your insight queue
  • Track what you've reviewed
  • Help AI learn relevance
  • Create audit trail

How to Acknowledge

Single insight:

  1. Click on insight to open
  2. Review the details
  3. Click "Acknowledge" button
  4. Optionally add a note

Bulk acknowledge:

  1. Select multiple insights (checkboxes)
  2. Click "Acknowledge Selected"
  3. All marked as acknowledged

Adding Notes

When acknowledging:

Action taken: Investigated traffic drop.
Cause: Marketing campaign ended.
Resolution: Expected behavior, no action needed.

Notes help with:

  • Future reference
  • Team communication
  • Audit purposes

Dismissing Insights

When to Dismiss

Dismiss when insight is:

  • Not relevant to your business
  • Expected behavior
  • False positive
  • One-time occurrence

How to Dismiss

  1. Open insight
  2. Click "Dismiss"
  3. Select reason (optional)
  4. Insight moves to dismissed

Dismissal Reasons

Choose a reason:

  • Expected behavior
  • Not relevant
  • Already known
  • False positive
  • Other

Dismiss with Feedback

Help AI learn:

Reason: Expected behavior
Details: We always have low traffic on holidays.
Don't alert for: Holiday dates

Use checkboxes to select:

  • Click individual checkboxes

Restoring Dismissed

To review dismissed insight:

  1. View dismissed insights
  2. Find the insight
  3. Click "Restore"
  4. Returns to active
