Zenovay AI insights surface significant patterns in your data — sudden traffic spikes, conversion drops, geographic shifts, new top-referring sources. Insights are not generated on every page load; they run on a fixed cadence so you only see meaningful changes.
The schedule
| Trigger | Cadence |
|---|---|
| Anomaly detection scan | Every 6 hours |
| Daily summary | Once per day at 09:00 UTC |
| Weekly digest | Mondays at 08:00 UTC (sent by email if enabled) |
| Monthly trend report | 1st of month at 09:00 UTC |
Plus event-driven triggers:
- A traffic anomaly above the configured z-score threshold runs an immediate scan.
- Crossing a goal-completion threshold (e.g. first 100 conversions) generates a milestone insight.
- A newly-detected top referrer triggers a fresh attribution insight within ~30 minutes.
What "new insight" actually means
Each insight is generated by a model evaluating your last 30/90/365 days of data depending on the metric. It writes a new card to your AI Insights feed only when at least one of these is true:
- The signal is statistically distinct from prior runs (different anomaly window, different metric, or larger magnitude).
- The card was previously dismissed and the underlying signal has re-emerged after at least 24 hours.
- A new metric became eligible (e.g. you just enabled revenue tracking and we now have first-touch attribution data).
Plan-tiered limits
| Plan | Insights per day | Anomaly checks |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 5 | Every 24h |
| Pro | 25 | Every 6h |
| Scale | Unlimited | Every hour |
| Enterprise | Unlimited | Every hour |
Why I don't see any insights yet
If your site has fewer than ~100 visitors per day, the model can't reliably distinguish signal from noise. The insights feed will display "Collecting baseline data — first insights expected in 7-14 days" until enough samples accumulate.
Acting on an insight
Each card has three buttons:
- Investigate — opens the relevant dashboard view with the matching filter pre-applied.
- Acknowledge — marks the insight as reviewed (doesn't dismiss).
- Dismiss — hides the card. The same signal won't generate a new card for 24 hours.
