Adding a new website

  1. Open your Zenovay dashboard.
  2. Click the website switcher at the top left, then Add website.
  3. Enter the domain (no http://, no trailing slash) and pick a timezone.
  4. Copy the tracking snippet and paste it before </head> on the new site.
  5. Visit the new site once — it should appear as a live visitor within seconds.

If you've reached your plan's limit, the Add website button shows a banner with an upgrade prompt instead.

Cross-website analytics

Each website has its own dashboard with its own visitors, sessions, and events. Some signals roll up across all your sites:

  • The Organization overview in Settings shows total events used across all sites this month.
  • The Reports tab lets you compare metrics for any selection of sites side by side.
  • API keys can be scoped to either a single site or your whole organization — convenient when you want one key to read from all dashboards.

What counts as a website?

A website in Zenovay maps roughly one-to-one with a domain. example.com and staging.example.com are typically two separate websites — same data otherwise stays mixed and harder to debug. If you have a multi-region site that serves different content from example.com, example.de, example.fr and you want them in one dashboard, you can either:

  • Use one website and tag events with a region property, or
  • Use one website per region for clean separation.

When to upgrade

You'll know it's time to upgrade when:

  • You hit your website cap and have a new project starting.
  • You're approaching your monthly event limit (visible in Settings > Usage).
  • You need more team members on the dashboard.

You can change plans any time from Settings > Billing. The price difference is prorated to the next renewal.
