Can't Log In
"Invalid Email or Password"

This means no account exists with that email:

"Account Locked"
After too many failed attempts:
- Wait 15 minutes
- Try again
- Or reset password immediately
Password Reset Issues
Not Receiving Reset Email
- Check spam/junk folder
- Wait a few minutes (emails can be delayed)
- Check correct email (the one you signed up with)
- Try again (request new reset)
Reset Link Expired
Password reset links expire after 1 hour:
- Go to login page
- Click "Forgot password?"
- Request new link
- Use immediately
Reset Link Not Working
If link shows error:
- Don't copy/paste partial links
- Use the button in email
- Check link hasn't wrapped to new line
- Request new reset
